On January 1, 2015, we will be changing our name from "Progressive Property Management" to "Progressive Property Management, Inc.". Why the change?, you might ask. Since we do business now in four counties, and hope to do business one day in every county of California, we won't have to obtain "doing business as" or "dba" for every county in which we do business, and stops any competitor from taking this name as a defense measure. We will also shorten our website name to www.ProPropInc.com and make it easier on our staff to give our website name (you would be surprised how trying it is to spell 'management' to every client) and for our clients to type correctly. We have already been given our BRE#, #01958885, and will start getting every owner to sign an addendum for this change. Our name may change slightly, but the way we do business will not: transparency to make it easy for our clients to understand what we charge and why we charge it; economies of scale that allow us to charge less than other property management companies; value propositions whereby we offer programs and guarantees to our clients at no extra cost; and superlative customer service at all times. It may be 3 little letters, but now we can do business in any county that wishes to have a better property management experience than previously offered.
